This Privacy Policy explains how Adorea collects, uses, and shares information when you use our platform. Adorea provides event planning tools, vendor discovery, booking workflows, messaging, invitations, and related business features.
Who This Applies To This policy applies to customers, vendors, admins, invited guests using RSVP links, and visitors of public pages and vendor sites hosted by Adorea.
Information We Collect We collect information you provide directly, information generated through product usage, and limited technical data needed to operate the service. This includes account information (name, email, role), profile and business details, event details, booking and payment metadata, message content, invitation and RSVP responses, and operational logs for reliability and security.
How We Use Information We use information to run core product features, secure accounts, process payments, support customer and vendor workflows, and improve platform reliability.
Payments and Financial Data Payments and payout onboarding are handled through Stripe. Adorea stores payment-related metadata (for example payment intent IDs, status, and amounts), but does not store full payment card numbers. Stripe's handling of payment information is governed by Stripe's own policies.
Messages, Invitations, and RSVPs Messages and RSVP responses are stored so participants can coordinate events and bookings. We may review relevant records when needed for support, fraud prevention, dispute handling, or legal compliance.
How We Share Information We share information with service providers who help run the platform, such as Supabase and Stripe, and with other users where needed to provide core features, such as booking participants and message thread participants. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect users, or to enforce platform policies.
Data Retention We retain information as long as needed for product functionality, account history, dispute handling, legal obligations, and operational security. Retention periods may vary by data type and legal requirements.
Your Choices You can update profile and account information from app settings. You can also contact support for account-related requests. Some data may be retained where required for legal, tax, fraud-prevention, or transaction recordkeeping reasons.
Security We use commercially reasonable safeguards, but no system is perfectly secure. You are responsible for protecting your account credentials and promptly reporting suspected unauthorized access.
Children Adorea is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
