These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Adorea. By using Adorea, you agree to these Terms.
Who May Use Adorea You must be legally able to enter into contracts and use the platform in compliance with applicable laws. You are responsible for activity under your account and for maintaining accurate account information.
Platform Use Users must provide accurate information, use the platform lawfully, and follow payment, cancellation, and dispute workflows as presented in product flows.
Accounts and Roles Adorea supports customer, vendor, and admin role-based access. We may suspend or restrict accounts that violate these Terms, abuse platform features, or create risk to users or the platform.
Bookings and Payments Booking outcomes are governed by listing terms, vendor policies, and platform workflows. Payment processing and payouts are handled by Stripe. Platform fees, payout timing, and dispute windows may apply as shown in product flows.
Cancellations, Disputes, and Issues Cancellations and refunds may depend on listing policies, event timing, and fault determination. Adorea may require supporting information and may make administrative determinations in disputes and post-event issue workflows.
Vendor Responsibilities Vendors are responsible for accurate business details, listing content, availability, legal compliance, and fulfillment of services represented on the platform.
Content and Intellectual Property You retain rights to content you submit, but grant Adorea the rights needed to host, display, and process that content to operate the service. You must not upload content you do not have rights to use.
Availability and Changes We may update, modify, or discontinue features at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service and may perform maintenance or emergency actions to protect the platform.
Limitation of Liability To the extent permitted by law, Adorea is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for losses arising from vendor-customer transactions outside our direct control.
Termination We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms, legal obligations, fraud, or platform abuse.
Changes to Terms We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
